The new Derek Lam store in New York

Designed by Sanaa interior design, it blends Japanese simplicity, with the look of an art gallery and the latest fashion finds.
How amazing is the glass work? I also love the metallic curtains and the concrete floors.
Retail is a true inspiration for me, because it changes a lot quicker than Hotel design and it's less conservative.
When I go shopping, I tend to look more at the interior, the lighting and the materials, than the clothes. ..... don't underestimate window shopping, it's definitely cheaper:)

Feeling blue

I love blue, and I'm never tired of it.
Some say it's conservative, but I see more and more blue in modern interiors, and it goes well with both black and silver, bright yellow and even neon pink.
I'm thinking "blue and copper" christmas this year:) Have a lovely weekend!
